Carmen’s She Warrior: Guerreras sculptures honor the women who shaped her life. In response, Naomi created a series of custom tattoos inspired by each figure, translating their stories into organic forms, natural motifs, and symbolic linework. These tattoos were then photographed as intimate portraits, bridging metal, skin, and spirit.
Together, the series reflects resilience as something embodied — lived, marked, and carried — offering a quiet tribute to the strength that resides within women..
